Last updated: October 14, 2026. These terms govern access to and use of Minessa AI software services by professional customers.
These terms apply to Minessa AI software services offered to professional customers, including real estate agencies. Consumer-specific rules are outside the scope of this B2B document.
Minessa AI may collect enquiries, qualify leads, generate AI-assisted replies, organize follow-up, and help prepare appointments. Available features depend on the selected offer and service configuration.
The customer must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, manage organizational access, and report unauthorized use when known.
The customer must use the service lawfully, have the required rights and legal bases for submitted data, inform data subjects where required, review AI outputs, avoid unnecessary sensitive data, secure integrations, and not compromise the service or access other customers’ data.
AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, incorrect interpretations, or irrelevant information. Minessa AI does not guarantee a number of leads, a conversion rate, a sale or letting, or permanent availability of every feature. The customer remains responsible for decisions based on the service.
Each party complies with applicable data-protection law. Where Minessa AI processes personal data for the customer, the parties must have an Article 28 GDPR processing agreement before the relevant processing begins.
Each party retains rights in its pre-existing materials. Minessa AI retains rights in its software, original components, visual identity, and documentation. The customer receives a right to use the service during the subscription and within the scope of its offer.
Minessa AI aims to keep the service accessible and address identified malfunctions. Technical, maintenance, security, or provider-related interruptions may occur. No 100% availability guarantee is given.
Prices appear on the pricing page and in the confirmed order. Setup fees are separate from the monthly subscription. Payment, renewal, and termination rules are set out in the Subscription Terms.
In the event of a serious breach, security risk, or manifestly unlawful use, Minessa AI may take proportionate measures to protect the service and individuals. Where possible, the customer will be informed.
Each party is responsible for its obligations under applicable law. No provision excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any liability limits require legal review before publication.
The parties will first seek an amicable solution. Governing law and jurisdiction must be determined after verification of the company’s legal situation and mandatory applicable rules.
