Last updated: October 14, 2026. The advertised offers are Starter: €399 per month plus a one-time €500 setup fee; Business: €799 per month plus a one-time €1,000 setup fee; Pro: €1,299 per month plus a one-time €1,500 setup fee; Custom: quote-based.

Setup fees are charged once for the selected offer and are separate from the monthly subscription. Their scope must be described in the relevant offer or order.
The subscription is completed when the customer accepts the applicable terms and the required payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Service activation then depends on the installation steps required for the selected offer.
Subscriptions have no minimum three-month commitment and renew automatically each month until terminated. The customer must be able to see the amount and date of the next payment before confirming the order.
The customer may request termination by email to minessaai@outlook.com. Minessa AI will acknowledge the request in writing and confirm the effective date and consequences for the next renewal. Exact notice rules must be finalized before commercial publication.
Stripe is currently in test mode; no wording should imply that production payment is operational. In case of payment failure, the customer must be informed and given instructions to regularize the situation. No unconfirmed late fees or penalties are added.
Refund requests are assessed according to the service provided, the circumstances, and applicable legal and contractual obligations. Installation-fee refund rules must be specified according to the work actually performed.
The applicable VAT regime must be verified at the invoicing date and according to the company’s actual situation. Do not present prices as VAT-inclusive or VAT-exclusive without the required confirmation.
No additional charges, interest, or penalties are imposed unless expressly established in the applicable order or contract.
No subscription must be described as paid or active unless payment has actually been confirmed and the applicable activation steps have been completed.
